Recurring maintenance contracts

For sites that need mowing all season, we build one monthly price that covers the mow cycles, the brush hog cycles on the rough areas and the herbicide applications, so there is one invoice and no surprise change orders. Contracts run from a few hundred dollars a month for a small commercial lot to several thousand for large campuses and median programs. We can start with a single cleanup cut and move to a contract once you have seen the work. See landscaping and property improvement for the full maintenance scope.

Commercial FAQ

Can you provide a certificate of insurance naming our company as additional insured?

Yes. Send the entity name and address and we will have the COI issued, usually the same day.

Do you accept purchase orders and Net 30 terms?

Yes for established commercial and government accounts. New accounts start on standard terms and move to Net 30 after the first invoices.

Are you a certified small, minority or woman-owned business?

Landpride Lot Service Corp meets the SBA small business size standards for its industry and is a registered supplier with the City of Fort Worth and multiple Tarrant County cities. We are pursuing formal small business certification and will update this page when it is issued.

Do you bid public solicitations?

Yes. We monitor Bonfire, Civcast, OpenBids and city bid postings across Tarrant County and respond to solicitations for mowing, grounds maintenance, land clearing, drainage maintenance and site work, both as a prime and as a subcontractor to civil contractors.

Can you handle herbicide and vegetation control?

Mowing and mechanical clearing are done by our crews. Chemical applications are performed under a licensed applicator in the categories the site requires, and we are adding categories in-house. Tell us the site type and we will confirm coverage before quoting.

How fast can you mobilize?

Routine work is scheduled within one to two weeks. Storm cleanup, code compliance mowing and emergency drainage work can usually be started within a few days.
